DJ, curator, record label owner, educator and activist, DJ Rekha was called the “Ambassador of Bhangra” by the New York Times and named one of the most influential South Asians by Newsweek, Rekha is among the first DJs to merge classic Bhangra and Bollywood sounds into the language of contemporary electronic dance music. Versed in a broad cross-section of musical genres–from Bhangra to Dancehall to Hip Hop to Bollywood, Rekha has helped launch the careers of artists across the musical spectrum and was the first to present the artists Panjabi MC, Tigerstyle, and M.I.A in the US.

Her world famous "Basement Bhangra" party in New York just celebrated it's 15 year anniversity! And the demand for funky beats w/ Desi vibes is only getting stronger. If you can't wait to get a taste, peep her radio show or buy one of her records.

Radio Scotvoid is a scottish dj based in Boston. He has recently released 2 tracks on funky French record label Tiburoni Records and is the resident dj of the Boston 8bit collective & hosts The Curios Show online, spinning an eclectic mix of skweee, 8bit & bass.
