DJ Evaready
-
For DJ Evaredy it began with the classic sounds of rap of the 80’s and 90’s. The dirty drums and muddy bass lines that defined "the golden era" inspired him to invest in turntables and begin to scour the thrift stores and used record stores of New England. Since then his tastes, along with knowledge, has expanded to include funk, soul, disco, house, club, electronica, and more.
Whether it's a dirty basement party, or club/lounge, Evaredy's focus is rocking the crowd. He has rocked house parties, and clubs, backed up emcee's, and bands all over MA and NH. He currently holds a residency at The Red Door in Portsmouth, NH.

interim_descriptor
-
Whether the party calls for idm, dubcore, breakstep, or glitch-pop, interim_descriptor keeps the sound on the dancefloor fresh. In the late 90's, he started his music career as a VJ in the midwest rave scene. Never able to kick his projector habit, interim keeps his fingers busy assaulting your eyes as he brings you the bass.
You won't find this laptop DVJ using any commercial music software. His performance runs entirely on code he's written. Tonight, after a decade of development, interim_descriptor will be open sourcing his software: The first 50 attendees get a free idm mix CD that also contains all the code used for the show. |
